Dennis Conrad

Trustee
Dennis has served as a Reily Township Trustee for 40+ years. He recently retired from the Reily Township Fire Department where he served for 50 years as a volunteer and as Fire Chief. In his words, his favorite part about living in Reily is being in a rural area where people have common sense. Dennis is a graduate of Talawanda High School. Dennis has been married to his wife Carla for 44 years and he is the proud father of two children and the grandfather of four grandchildren ranging from 10 to 22 years old.  In his spare time he enjoys hunting and fishing.

Larry Richardson

Trustee

Larry Richardson grew up in Milford Township and moved to Reily Township in 1984 when he married his wife Mary. Larry is a  1981 Talawanda High School graduate where he participated in football, baseball, 4-H, and FFA. He works in infrastructure construction, completing many projects in Butler County and the Tri-State area, including working on the Hueston Woods dam. Larry has 9 children and 17 grandchildren and through the years he’s coached youth sport teams and mentored local 4-H and FFA members with their livestock projects. He appreciates watching the next generation of Reily citizens participate in sports and build their skills through 4-H and FFA. He was elected to the board of trustees in the November 2025 election.

Nick Schwab

Trustee

Nick has served as a Reily Township Trustee for 35+ years. His favorite part of living in Reily is the people. He also enjoys the open spaces and fresh air. He has a Bachelors of Science in Agriculture from The Ohio State University and a OTA Leadership Academy Certificate developed by Miami University. He recently retired as a Lieutenant with the Reily Fire Department where he served for 27 years.  Nick and his late wife Carol were married for 51 years, and they have four children, 12 grandchildren, and eight great-grandchildren. Nick also enjoys attending cattle shows around the country.

Reily Fiscal Officer (Elected Position)

Ron Tilford

Fiscal Officer

Ron has served as the Reily Township Fiscal Officer since 2022. Ron is an alumnus of Talawanda High School and enjoys living in a rural community. In addition to his career in the insurance business, he is an active volunteer with the Talawanda FFA, Alumni, the Ohio FFA Alumni, and the National FFA.

Reily Road Department

Jeremy Sears

Road Superintendent

Jeremy has been serving the community for 17 years and enjoys helping community members in their time of need. Jeremy was hired as a Reily Township Road Department Laborer in December of 2017 and was promoted to Road Superintendent February 2022.  He served on the Morgan Township Fire Department from 2005-2015 and currently serves on the Reily Township Fire Department and is the vice president of Reily Township Fire and EMS Association.
In Jeremy's free time he enjoys fishing and camping.

Klayton Smith

Reily Township Laborer

Klayton has been working for Reily Township since November of 2019.  In his free time, he enjoys hunting and fishing and spend most of the warm summer weekends riding UTV's at various places.
