What is Zoning?Announcement: The Reily Township Zoning Commission will not be meeting in December. The next meeting will be the second Wednesday in January.
According to Butler County Department of Development, Zoning refers to the division of a jurisdiction into separate districts for the purpose of regulating the use of land in each district in order to develop the area and to protect public health, safety, and welfare. Zoning CommissionThe Reily Township Zoning Commission currently governs the zoning regulations of Reily Township. The commission recommends changes in the zoning regulations within the township.

* Meetings are held at 7:00 p.m. on the second Wednesday of every month in the Reily Township Community Center. Board of Zoning AppealsThe Board of Zoning Appeals rules on requests that deviate from standard Zoning Regulations in the form of variances and/or conditional uses of property as exceptions to the Zoning Resolution.

* Zoning Appeals meetings are held on an as-needed basis in the Township Community Center. Applying for a Zoning/Building Permit
